  1. know lot of people bin hating on jb recently. I was in the same boat a while back. but now i just think its very hard to put together a coherent unit when only 4 guys on the roster are consistent. (one of them was out). also hard to make in game adjustments when you have a roster like this.

  2. No clue at all how to coach. Keeping your starters in last night for extended minutes when you are already beating the opposing team by 20, knowing full well you are on the road going back to back. Your team is getting out-rebounded despite have Mobley and Allen of the floor, and the 4th quarter collapses continue. You are over halfway through the season and still having the same issues. Fire this guy because he is not learning/making adjustments.

  3. These guys need to rest. Being so young and all. IUt is tougher this year than last. They did not have it, and that's what a young squad will do, as well as Vet players. We need to solidify the bench. They will get past the frustration of having a "target" on their backs as Darius said at the end of last season. Being above 500 is good at this point. Another game they could have won…..

  4. He not the right coach. I keep hearing about we were just flat or not ready way to many times

  5. Dear god please fire him already……….can't manage a team at all, out coached and outplayed by weaker teams all season……that's on him……….

  6. This guy gets out-coached on a nightly basis. Another night where Cavs have (by far) the two biggest guys on the court, and this coach (rather consistently) doesn't take advantage of it (Allen: 8 shots, he was an All Star last year). This team has too much talent to fail so much. I have no confidence in JB's ability to maximize the talent he has in his arsenal. He relies off talent to win, and we see where that's getting us, in mounting losses to teams under .500. He was great for getting the guys to believe in themselves, but if you think he's going to out-strategize, out-maneuver, out-think, out-coach the likes of Spoelstra, Budenholzer, Rivers, Carlisle, McMillan in the playoffs then you are sadly mistaken. And that's what it comes down to, can he get it done in the playoffs, when it counts. When the opposing coaching staff will meticulously attempt to take away everything you do well. JB has not proven we have a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th option outside of "high pick n roll". If he's coaching this team in the playoffs (and that's IF we make it), he's coaching us to a first round exit. I like the guy, but he's in over his head. His job is in serious jeopardy…

  7. Tick, tick, tick, the countdown continues…Another bad loss closer to JB & his awful staff finally getting fired…

  8. Back to back on the road are the toughest especially for a young team like the Cavs. This is an good opportunity for the Cavs to build up their resilience as a young team. Everyone on this team needs to do better from coaching to the players. I still believe this team can make the playoffs if they can stay healthy and play better as a whole collectively group. Teamwork is key 💯💯💯
