Unless they can lock up Poeltl for his next contract, 2 first is too much. 2028 is a pick swap, If Celtics finish with say the 20th pick and Spurs are 15 then nothing happens. Tatum will be 29 and Brown will be 30 I don't see the Spurs being better. I think Stevens would be smart to sell high on Grant and really upgrade the frountcourt. Gallinari would have been perfect in this offense.
Reid would be a steal.
I'd be surprised if Stevens isn't aggressive to improve. Ever since he stepped in he hasn't been scared to improve.
I'm not giving up a first and Pritchard for Wiseman. Wiseman is already a bust and isn't worth that much capital

How do we get Poeltl and McDermott without matching salaries? It's the most appealing trade idea but I don't think it's a realistic one. Specially since the Cs want to spend less for the tax. If ther is a trade that would involve Justin Jackson for a big or one of the TPEs, and it actually helps the team, that would be great. Otherwise, the Cs might just go the buyout route.
