I mean Zion’s numbers arent much better than Lauri’s, and if you considered the missed games, it makes sense.
I think something looked over by a lot of media outlets/people is that this team was supposed to be one of the worst, if not the worst teams in the league by expectation. It’s what has made this season so fun.
The jazz were projected to be nothing, and Lauri has spearheaded them to a ~0.500 record over halfway through the season, with major improvements in so many of his stats. Good to see recognition from such a high profile guy like Chuck.
