NGL we shot like shit, and a lot of the clippers and kawhi’s shots down the stretch were just good defense better offense type deals.

Hard to win when the other team makes **12** more 3s than you. Has nothing to do with personnel, its the offensive system or lack thereof. Keeping KVon would change **nothing**.

This why I don’t take people serious when they want Trae to stop shooting 3s. Only 2 attempts and we still sucked. Can’t keep blaming loses on the 3s he takes we already bottom 5 in 3 point attempts

We’re far into the season and it’s clear that we’re a .500 team this year and idc what anyone says, 90% of it is all Nate’s fault. Slow ass offense that only like to shoot midrange shots. This team is honestly too talented for that bullshit and this game proved it. We went down by 11 in the 4th and got it back down to 4 quick BECAUSE WE PLAYED FASTER. We’re literally missing out on more possessions because of this crap. Send Nate into a nursing home man.

Not a bad game – hard to beat a team that shoots 19/39 from 3 though

Wish that our team would say something to the fans IDK like “we know we gotta be better, the fans don’t deserve this” instead of the same old fucking word salad.
We out-rebounded the Clippers (47 to 37 overall, including 15 to 6 offensive rebounds)…
We got more steals (12 to 5) and had less turnovers (8 to 14)…
We played well (if not better) in most categories…
But we shot 26% from 3 and they shot 49% from 3, with them making 19 3s to our 7.
That is what decided this game.

It’s time for Nate to go. Noticed when we stopped playing half court offense and picked up the pace, we were able to score at ease? When we went back to half-court, that allowed the Clippers to get set in their defense. We can’t play that type of game with them.
Nate made no adjustments after half-time, and it showed. He is a one trick pony and needs Trae to play Hero Ball to bail him out. This will be a wasted year, and I HOPE the next coach is flexible and can make on the spot adjustments for the team.
If we blotch this by this time next season, trade DJM. Because he’s not coming back to this and resigning with us.

19 3’s for Clippers 19/39. 7 for us 7/27. Disgusting, our shooting is a joke. Especially considering the amount of open looks Trae generates.
When do we admit that this team is not good enough?
What’s the biggest problem with this team? It’s not using the league’s best 3-point shooters. There’s no off-ball screen or tactics for various off-ball moves. Trae and djm take turns playing iso or p/r The rest of the team is standing still outside the 3-point line. They’ve been consistent throughout the quarter with outdated offensive tactics, they need to move more to create chances on the 3-point line. The handlers need to try a lot of kickout passes from the inside. . And Griffin is a high-end shooter with close to 180 clubs in his rookie season, but there is no offensive setup for him at all, so you have to create a lot of open chances for him.

I don’t get why people are frustrated – Clippers with their big 2 are a very good team – and when they shoot 50% from 3, going to be hard to beat for any team.
We just couldn’t make shots tonight…shout out to Trae for a huge bounce back second half but it wasn’t enough. A lot of this is about depth. We need to trade for someone else who can shoot threes for the bench. Also coaching because Nate is a coach who doesn’t make his team shoot a lot of threes.
Also the refs sucked tonight.
An offensive system that doesn’t prioritize 3s and shoots the lowest amount in the NBA and has absolutely no movement will work in the modern NBA, right? Right?!

This is the 5th game this season I just didn’t watch and am not going to watch after seeing YET ANOTHER LOSS BECAUSE OF THE SAME SHIT AND TERRIBLE COACHING.
