The mavs had no chance. The jazz were in complete control. Dinwiddie had a good game but without doncic and wood …mavs no good. Wood wouldn’t helped as the jazz were firing on all cylinders on both sides of the court. Doncic is a game changer. Not sure mavs would’ve won but the game would’ve been played the way the mavs play to give mavs the best chance to win. The game is usually slower paced. Jazz want to run and shoot which is their strength. Jazz defense appears low but that doesn’t factor in their new found center in sky blocker. Jazz ripped off the wolves just with that one player. Gobert good but no doubt the wolves over paid.
Couldn’t ever trade doncic or Durrant because there price would be off the charts based upon gobert deal. That whole deal messed up the nba. Spida made sense but jazz still got a haul in return.
The mavs need to make a trade. Too bad lost Brunson but getting a trade done would out mavs in better position for getting and winning in the post season. Mavs should go after jazz players as the jazz will make the playoffs and the way to stop that is to get their veterans traded. Mavs could take a piece while getting the hawks to take another few pieces. Next thing we know is the jazz will suck. Too many teams in the way so mavs need to be active before trade deadline.
