Losing KD hurt for a bit but it's also been an important test for Brooklyn to play through adversity and show they can win without him. Big wins against the heat golden state warriors jazz and Knicks definitely showed the nets are figuring some things out.
But Kyrie Irving scoring has continued each month to go up another level 🔥
Without KD Nic Claxton has taken even more strides in being a defensive anchor while also displaying that iso offense which has made him a more balanced player.

What I see now is we are growing as a family. And KAI, despite some temporary misunderstandings, became a strong and reliable part of it. The past is gone. This man did not break down, but became stronger and angrier.
I'm sure he hasn't peaked yet and he can shock everyone even more with his cold playoff performance.
