What Lebron is doing at damn near 39 is something that people won’t respect or fathom until we’re all in our 50s or 60s and we go through generations who don’t come close to this production at that age.

We really are 4 missed calls and a couple FTs away from being 3rd or 4th in the West lol

Here’s the thing though , the stats are beginning to look a little empty . Yes they’re brilliant numbers , are are they translating to wins ? Since lebron has been there they only made playoffs 2 times . Yes they won the bubble ring . But overall the stats haven’t been leading to wins . I feel like sure the roster isn’t the greatest ( his own doing btw ) . But hesent been able to do a whole lot . Nuggets team is horrible if you take out jokic, they’re still thriving , same can be said about Luka . But with lebron , he’s playing all these games but they just keep losing . I feel like these are empty stats . I’m sure I’ll get downvoted . The stats are good yes , but he’s past his prime

Lebron year 1: Refs suck
Lebron year 20: Refs still sucking

Darvin Ham has robbed us of 20 tbh. I think the pacers loss to Nembharts 3 for game was probably his worst showing of coaching, But the Celtics Mavs and Sixers loss is up there

I mean tbh even if we were winning more idk if I’d have him super high in the MVP race. Luka and Jokic are having unarguably better seasons and Giannis is still Giannis. Then you still got Tatum, Embiid, and KD who are all having better individual seasons…

Yes he’s playing incredible given the situation but he’s not being robbed. We’ve been in 12th to 13th place most of this year.
majavic
I still have him top 5 in the MVP race.

Boston 2x, Kings 2x, Hornets, Pacers, Blazers, Mavericks, 76ers 2x.
Pick any of those 5 close games that didn’t go our way, and flip them in our favor. I can’t see how Lebron isn’t top 2 in MVP voting rn, AND NOTE THAT WE’RE ALSO A TOP 3 SEED
We can rightly blame the refs all day, but we also gotta close better. All of those were winnable. We really can’t afford to lose close battles now

16 points vs the thousands that the team has let up

I have in no particular order Nikola, Luka, Giannis, Embid, Tatum, Durant, Morant ahead. Amazing the stats he’s putting up and if they came with wins, sure. He’d be in the convo but nope.

Let’s be real for 2 seconds. For as great as LBJ is playing right now, it isn’t top 2 MVP level. Even if the LA was a higher seed, he just isn’t playing at that level. Top 3 for MPV odds right now are Jokic, Embiid, and Luka. Jokic is the runaway favorite and probably not being touched. But top 2 puts him over Embiid who is averaging almost 34 a game on better shooting while also providing more on defense. He would is much closer to Luka but even there, he is just averaging more while carrying the Mavs. Records aside, he would probably end up at 5 on my MVP ballot. The top 3 being those mentioned. With LBJ in the Giannis/Tatum area. The ones above him just do more than he does at this point. Especially on the defensive side.

Bron would easily be up there if not for those 4 games robbed. Especially if he willed us into playoff contention at his age. Breaking Kareem record on top of that would be picture perfect storyline to give him MVP

Realistically I got lebron 7th in MVP even if we won those games.
