This is what I hate about team subs.
The whole West outside of Denver and Memphis have struggled this season and even the Grizzlies just got done with a five game losing streak.
I’ll admit it, when they play selfishly and eschew the Warriors style we are used to it isn’t nearly as fun to watch.
But this team had a huge roster turn over. GPII, OPJ, Belli, those guys gave important minutes and were really good vets who knew their role.
Klay was afraid of another catastrophic injury and so didn’t play in the off season, a big reason for his slow start.
The team is struggling to find reps/minutes for the young guys while still winning games outside of Kuminga.
This team has been working to improve and we have seen the improvement. They have further to go if they want another finals run but this is a team I am always excited to tune into, especially Steph Curry is active.
