The biggest disappointment of the season has got to be Darvin Ham. I really thought he was a great hire and be a great coach for this team. But the rotations are just horrible he doesn’t know when to pull guys or just uses terrible small lineups when there are better options. I really think if we had a competent head coach we would be over .500
