Dang, I’m glad I stuck through that first quarter.
what a comeback! i’m so proud of our boys
I’ve watched enough basketball to know games aren’t lost in the first half, but god that first quarter was so bad I turned it off. But I came back in the 4th. Moe W a beast, looks like Paolo got us back into it. Suggs defense was huge as well. Good win.
Moe is better than Bol.
MO BAMBA is a clear difference maker. He came in and brought instant energy and stability to the team. Paolo/Franz played so much better with a real center who sets hard screens and was an offensive threat for a bailout pass. Plus 11 in those quick 5 minutes was the tide change. Compared to Bol -2 (worst p/m most nights)
Moe Wagner has been fantastic. He came in did his job and kept the team with momentum. Defensively he has been better and I feel the stats I had for Moe will need to be readjusted with the amount of good defensive plays he was doing the last 2 games.
Bol on the otherhand has seem uneventful. Is not a reliable offensive threat, is still a defensive liability (except for on occasion when he closes out quick). I still feel like Bol is workable but its ridiculous he and Moe imo get more minutes than Mo. Its also ridiculous that Mo made this team comeback and got benched for the rest of the game.
Starting lineup should be Kelle, Franz, Paolo, Dell, Mo. with Cole, Suggs, Moe, Bol, Ji on the bench. This works great. Uses everybody strengths the best and I feel is the most synergistic lineup. Ji can move to SL once healthy but I feel like Mo fits the best.
Suggs defense is so underrated. I honestly think Suggs was a huge factor that will go unnoticed. So many hustle plays and good defensive pickups. Cole has been an elite player recently and honestly making a good case for moving up. Kelle did everything right and got benched too long imo.
FIRE COACH AND TRADE EVERYONE!!
Suggs had an incredible 4th quarter. His defense was insane, these box score watchers won’t understand how big of an impact he had.

What a game from our boys. Banchero getting that ROTY easily. Franz with FIVE offensive rebounds and a lockdown defense. Moe with the ultimate hustle plays absolutely getting lit up on that 4th quarter. Fultz and Suggs with great defense.
This team will go far in the future for sure.

I wanna go back and watch how many times the boys stripped Embiid cuz it was definitely more than six (the amount of turnovers they gave him)

Philly some sore losers…Looks like they didn’t even greet our guys after the game. Poor sportsmanship. To me they lack the leadership/maturity to win a title. Great comeback. Banchero is gonna be so special. Let’s embrace and cherish him!

This team makes no sense. They’re 1-3 against Detroit and Houston combined this season and regularly lay duds against bad teams, but they’re sneaky good against contenders. Make it make sense.

PB with an amazing 3rd quarter and Markelle with a double double and really facilitating the offense and he even missed a couple shots he always makes. What a win! Man that took some balls to comeback from 21 in Philly and beat them and towards the end we really shook up Embiid

I think it is decently feasible to go like 16-15 to end the year, which would put as at 36-46. Not a great record obviously, but it would be a great building block for next season.
