I’m so tired of this team man. DJ has a career night, but the team elected to not play defense. AJ only gets 21 minutes despite Trae out. Missed FTs. Nate’s dumb ass watching the other team go on a run. Just tired of it.

  2. sm1tty404

Tbh I woulda been okay with losing this one with No Trae and staying competitive and losing by 7 points like we was the whole game but to claw back and actually get stops while possibly winning or going into OT and Dejounte cookin, I wanted that W. Bogi had an overall good game but boy he fuckin SOLD. Literally suppose to be one of the best shooters on the team and froze up on the line.

  3. traebucketsfor3

Hunter was short all night on his mid range pull ups— that’s what really cost us tonight

  4. primocheese1947

About all those defensive additions this year.

  5. ban_evasion_master

Hunter is the most inconsistent player on the team, both in terms of performance and health. Congrats to him for fleecing us for 90 mil.

  6. Defiant_Gear4524

Griffin, the best shooter in the league, give him a pattern to take more shots. Maybe if he played for the Warriors, it would be KT 2.0.

  7. azwhaley91

Before bogis 3 we’d scored our last 10 points from free throws right?

  8. ahend1999

Kevin gotta be laughing at this shit lmao 😭😭 him liking that one tweet was all I needa know 😂

  9. gggg3344

Normally I’d be fine with losing this game but if we were 29-22 instead of 25-26

  10. Thatkidthatwasthere

The number of times they missed john collins in the post on mismatches was absolutely disgusting, but been a theme for him for the last 2 years under nate

  11. Brinkybon

Hunter is going to be our Gary Harris. Paid big money on the hope that he puts it all together, it never happens, we trade him off the team in 2 years time and he never amounts to more than a bench player in the league ever again.

  12. pk-pk-pk

Nate’s so bad, Hawks would’ve lost a ball game with Jordan in the team.

  13. gggg3344

One year it’s all shooting no defense, another year no shooting with a so-so defense. I think wizards fans are much happier than us, at least they know what to expect. I must’ve done some real fucked up shit in the past life to be born a Hawks fan

  14. I expected JJ to get some playing time especially with Trae out. Instead Trent Forest saw the floor before him. All while Hunter is bricking everything

  15. Defiant_Gear4524

At the end of the 4th quarter, lineup of dre, JC, and CC at the same time seems stuffy enough to make it hard to breathe. They only look at the rim when they catch the ball. Also, they don’t know how to look around and see a good chance mate.

  16. ahend1999

Bogi should not be playing 30 minutes a game!!!

Why does nate keep playing him down the stretch?

  17. ATLCoyote

Career high 40 pts from Dejounte, destroyed Portland on the boards, and had 15 more shots than Portland, yet still lost because we’re a midrange jump shooting team in a league that is all about scoring from the 3 point line and at the rim.

    Consider this in particular…

We out-shot Portland 94-79. But 32% of our shots were 3-pointers whereas 51% of their shots were 3-pointers. Plus, even with more 3s, they had a much higher shooting percentage.

We ignore the offensive analytics about scoring from 3 and at the rim, and consistently fail to defend the 3-point line.

  18. Traditional_Escape34

To watch games and think John Collins is the issue is hilarious

  19. TheKing012

completely inexcusable loss. DJ had a monster night and our defense, which is suppose to be better when Trae is out, still allowed 60+ pts at the half and showed no signs of life at the 3 pt line. also second night in a row the other team shot almost 50% from 3…changes need to be made at this deadline.

  20. BeefItsWhatz4Dinner

Being a Hawks fan in Portland blows, least I got to see DJ ball out

  21. mrmercenary10

I know it’s bad right now for us but hey on the bright side at least we aren’t like the Pelicans situation. They’ve lost 8 in a row and at point they were first in the West. They’ve fallen off big time.

  22. LAXlittleant26

Can’t say I was surprised at the outcome.

I wonder if trading Bogi and JC for Alperen Sengun would be viable? Run Sengun at the 4 in our starting line up, let him play the 5 when we play small ball….frees up more minutes for Griffin (who deserves 30~ minutes a game.) and JJ as well.

  23. doublethesadness

AJ not getting more minutes when shooting 50%fg and 75% from three is criminal

  24. Renverseur

Forgot there was a game today. DJ u a baaaad mfer
