Virginia vs. Syracuse Condensed Game |2022-23 ACC Men’s Basketball



The 6th-ranked Virginia Cavaliers earned the tough road victory at Syracuse, 67-62. Jayden Gardner led the Cavaliers in scoring with 17 points. Armaan Franklin and Kihei Clark s cored 12 each with Clark dishing out 10 assists in the end. The Cavaliers defense held Syracuse to just 20% shooting from 3-point territory which proved to be the difference in the game. The Orange were led by Judah Mintz with 20 points and Jesse Edwards with 14 points and 7 rebounds.

  1. Another loss for the Orange…. Will this team even make the NIT??? Pitt, UNC, Miami, STJ, Bryant, UVA… with better coaching the team would have won 2 or 3 more games…

  2. I'm pretty sure I can speak for most of the area fanship…even tho it wasn't too bad tonight… relying on the zone don't work .. we gotta mix it up. Or find a coach that will. It's outdated and Pitino blew holes through it for the world to see years ago

  3. Syracuse was once a powerhouse program. Those days are over. The game has changed, and our couch can't keep up with the times. I like him for all he has done for the program, but it's time for him to step down.

  4. A win, but good grieffffffffff, can we ever get a relaxing win…..most are nail bitters.
