Don’t make me think of the Bruce situation, it makes me sad I’m just trying to enjoy him while he’s here :'(

    >Can anything be done now to help keep Bruce?

If we round up 500,000 fans to send him $10

Amazing stuff. I do not look forward to your end prediction of the possibility of trading Bones for future assets. I understand why, especially because Bones may very well not be in playoff rotation as you have mentioned. I dread the fans rage tweets/comments mostly.

Quick question. Say Denver trades Bones for a player, not a pick. Which player do you think would be the target or most likely to be sent to Denver that matches the 2.88M or trade exception?

  4. Another great read man always look forward to your stuff 🙌

Question! Can we use the trade exception we got from the Monte-KCP trade, for Monte?

You should be paid these u/BroncoSquatch

Just throwing it out there – what about Tari Eason for Bones?

  8. Duarte pretty meh/ underwhelming defensively from what i’ve seen

  9. I think we actually cannot trade the 2029 pick unless we convince OKC to alter the protections on that pick.

Also, I’m not sure I like Duarte. He’s been pretty bad this year, and while he is a second year player, he’s also really old for a second year player and doesn’t have as much potential as some other targets IMO

One of the better analysis of a complicated process I’ve seen. Thanks for doing this

Fantastic as always. I hadn’t given Duarte such consideration but it makes so much sense the way you laid it out.

I’m completely fine with moving Bones, I love him but there are better fits for us out there that can help us finally win a championship.

Great piece, I am curious why there is no mention of Naz. Could bones potentially be traded straight up, given the the diminished role Naz has on their roster?

Every time you post one of these my IQ rises by 15 points

I hope this isn’t a stupid question that you’ve answered a million times. You say “I do not see any teams jumping to pay Brown $15 million or more per season (though sign-and-trades could be an option.”

What do you mean that sign and trades could be an option

If he is available, I would love to go after DFS with bones, 1st picks and trade exception. If Dallas is trying to go after a star they could use the cap space and assets.

I would love naz too. I can’t see anyone paying a ton for a potential half year rental.

  18. I would very much enjoy getting Naz Reid from the Timberwolves this deadline if possible. Don’t know the contract numbers but that’s my biggest hope
