Not like norm is going to say he’s pissed and throw the locker room into chaos. Maybe he is cool with those shots. Most of them weren’t bad, typically shots they make. But he also knows he was cooking the bucks and I know he would have given us the win.

Marginal moves is what’s separating us from the elite. Yeah we should have won if Kawhi hits a couple Kawhi shots, but they also have to play overall better if he can’t hit those and that starts with playing the right rotations, and/or having the right guys

The quote leads to larger issues if the guys weren’t getting their shots to go in how did you not get any attempts? How did the decision to add yet another scoring guard help you get any opportunities?

The thing is too much ball movement even with a pg running the show can lead to the wrong person shooting the shot or a turnover. Although Kawhi missed very very makeable shots today those same shots will drop in another night at a super efficient rate.
At least when getting a shot in an iso, there is no turnover and the defense can get back and stop transitions easier. Late game offense is usually isos with the best players anyway and sometimes you have to ride and die with the shot regardless if they’re going in or not. Most nights the same exact play style as tonight will be Kawhi with forty since they single covered him and even jrue those were all open shots for kawhi. Also Giannis ain’t making that many shots another night.

It’s the 1/6 from 3 that cost the Clippers the win. If Kawhi hit one more, would have been a win.
As for PG13, that airball 3 was just lazy. Should have attacked and maybe got fouled for some fts.
