Dubs needs to win the next 5 games before the All-star break. It’ll be tough since the last two games will be a back-to-back. But I believe in the boys.

And I hope Wiggs returns to form.

Last season was PERFECT. All the new vets fit into their roles, the rookies showed talent in their limited mins, Poole jumped off the screen and the core group was hungry and motivated to win again.

This season is almost the reverse of 2021-22. JMG not fitting his role as well as expected, Moody and Wiseman looking somehow worse, Poole regressing and the core group are unmotivated and careless. The only bright spots are the 2-ways of Lamb and Jerome, and Mr Consistent himself, Donte DiVincenzo.

I’m convinced that there is still a switch, but when/if we flip it, we’ll realise that the rest of the league have caught up.

This season ain’t it, so it’s time we start looking forward to next season and how we can set ourselves up for success.
