Given that new ownership always wants to make a big splash and the deep pockets of the new owner , it is fair to believe the Suns will be leading the charge for KD. Accordingly, other than trading Crowder , it likely means they stand that they are not buyers but more likely sellers ( to acquire draft picks to gear up for offer for KD). I would speculate that they are going to require not just Ayton but Bridges as well as unloading Harris. I note with some amusement that the two teams who can likely offer the best combination of talent and draft picks for KD are OKC and Knicks which would of course would never happen .

Hyping up the Mavs acquisition of Kyrie is like saying the rest of the Mavs roster are hopeless.

If Porzingis couldn’t play well with Luka, then there is no way this will work out with Kyrie! Whatever happened to being patient and building through the draft? Building a team through free agency is not good for long-term success and could end badly! Mavs might have to trade Luka to avoid him leaving in free agency in a few years if they get worse! This is what happens when you don’t draft well and make bad trades! Cuban didn’t learn from the Rondo trade debacle! Letting Brunson walk is get worse with each passing day!
