I consider this draft class the correction of the mistakes made picking Primo and Samanic. All 3 are wonderful prospects and I am glad I was so wrong about taking Sochan at #9. My dumb ass wanted even Johnny Davis lmao.
Sochan is the perfect player for a championship level team in the future. Does all the little things that don’t show up on the stat sheet and I have no doubt his numbers will reflect his immense work ethic in the future.
Branham already has shown he can score in bunches as the potential #2 on a night where we needed him to get buckets.
Wesley is truly an X-factor style electric player we need as well since our team lacks guys with speed. If he can adjust his quickness and get used to the NBA pace his frenetic playstyle could work wonders.

Step back from the Koolaid gd. It’s the most minutes we’ve ever played rookies cuz we royally suck. So yeah, their stats are historically awesome, but that doesnt mean a thing

87: Robinson + Cadillac Anderson
97: Duncan
99: Manu Ginobili and Gordon Giricik
01: Tony Parker and Robert Jovtakas (Hear he is coming over next year with Adam Hanga and Vicktor Sandizkie)
08: George Hill, Goran Dragic, DeJuan Blair
11: Kawhi, CoJo, Bertans, Hanga
As far as getting multiple right, That 11 class is never getting beat, especially when you consider the draft positions. Out third choice for SF was still available when we picked CoJo. We should have grabbed him – Jimmy Butler. First choice was Klay Thompson. We drafted CoJo and signed TJ Ford as a FA to replace Pop’s son, George Hill. TJ Ford’s injuries were too bad and didn’t work out, so we picked up Patty Mills.

I think this was a very good draft and we will have several more good drafts in the next few years. Im interested to see when the front office thinks they have a group able to compete and starts doing things to put the team in position for a playoff run. Like spending payroll, trading assets or picks.
