And r/nba says everyone’s coming here so our picks gon be worthless

  2. Add in the Pacers front office as well
When the Paul George situation happened

  3. Aggravating_Pea3882

David Griffin gave me this vibe during the whole negotiations with AD lol

  4. nelsonkb24

Ok y’all know the Kyrie situation doesn’t necessarily mean tsai didn’t want to do business with the lakers but rather he wanted to spite Kyrie. It makes sense tho, as he has done only negative things to the franchise.

  5. F-150Pablo

Yeah remember when Chris Paul was suppose to be on lakers and stupid Stern turned that shit down…

  6. Can we add any former Celtic that went into the FO? Bird, McHale, Ainge… 😂

  7. Smooth_P9

IT’S BECAUSE WE HAVE 17 Championships and 32 Finals Appearance in 76 years.

    1940s – 1/1

    1950’s – 4/5

    1960’s – 0/6

    1970’s – 1/3

    1980’s – 5/8

    1990’s – 0/1

    2000’s – 4/5

    2010’s – 1/1

    2020’s – 1/1

    a Finals appearance every decade.

Russell’s dynasty and MJ’s starting dynasty prevented a chip in the 60’s and 90’s.

I only respect Pop’s Spurs dynasty.

    Fuck every other team.

    “Basketball reasons” f David stern

You might have to throw my picture up here.

I’ve been a fan since 99 and I’ve never been this displeased with the way the team is being run.

At this point I find myself rooting for LeBron, AD, Reaves, and Rui more than I do the entire franchise.

  10. LeagueReddit00

I don’t think you can add Joe. Mavs had a better package and they didn’t want to appease Kyrie’s preferred destination.

  11. pillowpotatoes

Tsai isn’t in the same hater group as the other dudes since dude hasn’t had any previous hate for the lakers and dude probably just hates kyrie.

i dont blame him either since i wouldnt want to do my employee any favors if my employee has been tallking shit to me while taking my checks and not working for 4 years.

its not like he took a deal much worse than what we could have given him. the nets don’t own that much draft capital either, and would want a contending team. They want to compete with KD, and who can blame them? It’s the equivalent of asking us to tank with lebron on our roster.

A big factor with our trade is our picks dont even become a thing until 27 and 29. Alot of GMs arent thinking that far ahead since they might not even have the same job.

  12. AgreeableAgent

Can the lakers still get Kyrie from the mavs?

  13. Still never forgive Dan Gilbert & David Stern e Vetoing that initial CP3 trade. Gilbert all up in his feelings

  14. ginbooth

Joe Tsai did us a favor. Wait and see. DG gave us a AD we won a chip because of it. Rest in peace, David Stern, but that trade veto remains #1 boolshit.

  15. frobebryant92

You really think Tsai would send Kyrie to his preferred team after all that bs he did with the Nets?

  16. Joe probably just wanna stick it to Kyrie, not us. Fuck the rest of them who were into “basketball reasons”. Kobe could have gotten his 6th with CP3 and Bynum. Our only issue that year was offense. Defense was perfectly fine.

  17. uncledave1

I believe Joe Tsai was more stick it to Kyrie not the Lakers

  18. mightyrj

I can at least appreciate Pop being a true competitor in the game and really having been in many trenches of the battles between the Spurs and the Lakers.

The rest of ‘em I can’t give two shits about.

  19. theseustheminotaur

Then they go “its just a business”

  20. HughJefincock

I can understand Pop and Cuban because were in the same conference. The others are just shitheads

  21. Tsai did the Lakers a favor by asking for an unfair haul.

  22. artkrobinson

Dudes always saying there’s no collusion in the NBA towards the Lakers, but this shit happens to often not to be real.

  23. fear_tur

My interpretation of how things went is that Tsai didn’t want to trade Kyrie to the Lakers because of it being his preferred destination and not because he wanted to fuck the team. But it could’ve been a bit of both.

  24. YareSekiro

Those owners wish they were the Lakers lol.
