Alperen Sengun is one of the most interesting youngsters in the NBA currently! The Turkish Houston Rockets center has been breaking records left and right and he’s becoming the Rockets start players.
The rockets also have some other promising players in Jalen Green, Jabari Smith Jr and Kevin Porter Jr, but on one seems to have to qualities that the Sengun has and he should without a doubt be the players the Rockets should build their team around and he’s getting compared to NBA legends like Luka Doncic and Nikola Jokic!

  1. Do you think Alperen Sengun has future MVP potential?

Make sure to like & subscribe for more NBA content like this <3

  2. Who can imagine that a youngster coming from an anatolian team named Banvit (a chicken food company/sponsor) to rock the rockets house 😂 no suspicion, he gets a place between the NBA all stars ⭐️

  3. There are 2 solid leagues in Europe. Turkish and Spanish leagues. 3 of the last 5 champions of Euroleague are Turkish league teams. Do your research properly mate !!!

  4. 1:31 Turkish league dominates European league Anadolu Efes a Turkish team won the euroleague twice in a row you should fact check before saying nonsense. The Turkish league is arguably the best league in Europe with the possible exception of Spain they are really good aswell.

  5. If Alperen had been a good shooter in the Rockets, he could have made a trible double in every game this season. Current statistics are not Alperen's fault.

  6. Turkish basketball league is in the top 5 of the world. Do you know that some European countries do not have a basketball league at all? Just saying….

  7. If the Rockets mean business, they need to build around him. Jokic revolutionised the Center position. This kid will not be as good, but he has a similar style. Great for a franchise to build with.

  8. One mistake: Turkish league is actually one of the most competitive leagues among other European leagues. First: Spanish with 4 Euroleague (S tier continental league of Europe) teams and lots of others competing in Eurocup (Right after Euroleague) and BCL. Second: Turkish with 2 Euroleague teams (Last 2 seasons have won by a Turkish team, last 6 seasons there was a Turkish team in the final (6/3 win), and last 7 seasons there was a Turkish team in the Final-4), and in 3 other teams competing in Eurocup and BCL. So, Russian and Italian leagues might be as competitive as Turkish league, but my personal opinion is that they are not. But all of these leagues are actually not comparable with NBA standards of course.

  9. Not competitive? Alp was not even playing in a Euroleague contender team in Turkiye. But his team Besiktas is also the team Allen Iverson ended his career in 2011.

And those Euroleague teams Fener and Efes are among champions of Euroleague in last 5 years. Alperen won the mvp against those teams and their players.
