Well the job of a coach is not to talk about that in front of journalists but to train those youngs seasons after seasons to do what he has on mind to make the group better. To put on court the ones who are working hard, no matter their rank on the draft. To not make feel anyone like a pre-star (???) and that he can do whatever in wants in the court. To take out of the game who's not making effort. Not to talk after games then make the same mistakes… Action speaks louder than words (at least in BB world)
