Denver is a real contender and has been amazing at home. This was always going to be a tough win. With that being said to get dicked down like we did was embarrassing.

No excuse to not come out tomorrow night with a fire lit under our ass.

I like what I’ve seen from Moore and Minott. You can see the defensive potential with Moore and the high ceiling for Minott.

  2. This game was over five minutes into the first quarter.

  3. parkernorwood

So what did you guys get up to tonight without a game to watch?

  4. connoroneal22211

Someone is gonna unironically come onto this sub, see lukas garbage time stats, and say trade kat and gobert

  5. PlayInChampions

Split the series against Denver while having +5 point difference. Everything else does not matter.

  6. Able-Bodied-Virgin

Inject lawnmower oil into my veins

  7. wormsandwitch

Well I for one enjoyed the Minott/Moore/Ryan minutes. Rare treat.

  8. WeakLocalization

44 assists for Denver, 1st half was brutal domination. Denver dancers were the highlight imo

  9. MC_Ball_Peen_Hammer

Fuck you, we won the 4th quarter. 💀

  10. wingnut1957

GREAT NEWS: In the 4 games between the 2 teams, Wolves outscored the Nuggets **482-477.** Have tiebreaker on them!

  11. Jubbed1015

at least lebrons scoring title is going to overshadow this loss

  12. EsotericPotato

If tomorrow night doesn’t look good, this trade deadline is gonna get verrrry interesting.

  13. If Jokic matched up with Naz over 36 minutes, he’d have a 40/30/20 game

  14. notthebestchristian

Rudy had a couple nice defensive plays in the first quarter, but holy shit zero points 5 rebounds and he’s on a supermax?

    Can’t have that, like ever.

  15. AceOfAllTradess

We put in a lineup of Jaylen nowell, luka Garza, Nathan knight and the nuggets went on a 24-0 run In the first quarter in 6 minutes.

  16. dosnetlive

Really no reason to play nowell over minott and moore currently

  17. Secret-Limit3138

Welp. Let’s just forget about this one lmao

The thing is the 1st quarter was baaaad shooting variance. Like they were shooting 3/18 from three and 6/22 (27%) vs. 19/24 (82%). Wolves were missing open looks.

But a 30 point deficit with 36 minutes left is not a cause to give up, especially when shooting variance plays a big role.

But then some garbage lineups were employed and they just imploded.

Kyle Anderson’s calmness and IQ would have really helped. Even if there is only 12 min left, game doesn’t end till the buzzer beats, they should never give up…

  18. Absolute embarrassment. This team is not ready games like this and the Magic loss just show how immature and lacking we are still.

  19. HackWaters

KAT’s been out most of the year and Slomo’s back is inconsistent. Forward rotation gets put in disarray and messes up rotations. Sucks.

  20. PeoplesJonesSoda

Minott looks way less raw than expected. Sneaky picks like that make you optimistic. Could be a Jaden like steal

  21. MellowFell0w

Might be for the best this got out of hand quick. We got to rest starters and now have a real chance tomorrow. It’s actually better that it played out like this instead of a close hard fought loss where our starters play 37+ minutes

  22. pooooolooop

How’d the rookies look? The rest of the game didn’t happen

  23. Garza bricking 3 after 3 in the first quarter reminded me of the infamous Mark Madsen game

  24. Gobert_Clamped_Luka_

When you lose by 34, that means pretty much everything went wrong. Transition D in the 1st half was horrendous.

Offensively, I have no idea what the plan was out there. Jokic is an obvious defensive liability if you make him defend PNR against any ball handler with avg speed. I think I only saw them do it to him one time. That’s inexcusable…you need to run that play EVERY time with spread shooters on the perimeter. Ant should have had 15 layups this game off that alone.

  25. KayfabeAdjace

That escalated quickly. Jokic killed a guy.

  26. Soopstoohot

Big thanks to Lebron for taking the heat away from this pitiful performance
