Ranking NBA players OG is probably top 50-60.
RJ not top 100. U can debate if he is around 100. Most lists don’t have him there.
Why would Toronto trade OG for Barrett unless I are adding a #1 (unprotected pick) or a young player not getting paid much. (IQ or QG).
Toronto would be insane to do that. There team is worse and they have to pay more money to RJ.

I think your analysis is spot on. The Knicks aren't moving on from Brunson and the front office seems to be in love with Randle, so that makes RJ the odd man out. I also agree that if a pick is included it's one of those garbage picks like the Pistons pick.
