  1. 3 2nd rounders (JWill, JRE, Wiggins) and 3 scrap heap guys (Kenrich, Dort, Joe) hitting during the rebuild is cool.

  2. It is so hard to evaluate rookies. A month ago I did not believe Jay Will would garner any meaningful minutes & looked poised to ride the pine for the year. However, he has been shooting lights out from deep as well as looking much more competent when he is on the floor. It really seems like the G League minutes and performance during those games weren’t a fluke. The dude really can shoot the 3, push shot from the high post, & has soft touch around the rim. Super excited to see his development over the course of the year!

He justs needs to bulk a lil more and he will have a long NBA career bigbody, shooting and BB IQ never gets old.

I can’t believe how well he’s been progressing. When he first started getting more minutes during that Hornets game, people were saying that he didn’t look NBA caliber at all. And now, after not much time here he is, drawing offensive fouls left and right (him getting one on LeBron was one of my favorite moments of the game) and being all around a good contributor.

Maybe it could be a hot streak, but personally, I’m not buying it.

He’s been great, can’t find any flaws in his game other than stamina? Dudes been impressing me a lot this season, and he’s kinda always been cast in a shadows from the natural talent on this team.

We will follow your career with great interest

He will be an amazing role player, but there probably won’t be room on this roster for him in the future. Presti could get a good trade with him.

I’m glad national audiences got to see this team live. Everyone put in work.

  9. The Blue has to be a special experience. I’m sure no one wants to go, but thinking about JWill, Trè and JRE and specifically Poku and how just getting *developmental* minutes genuinely helped their games. I don’t have any clue what it would need asset wise, but running a player like Wiseman through the Blue might be interesting. (Ducking all the tomatoes being thrown at me).

  10. This is why you draft high IQ, toolsy, smart players.

Presti saw the potential that Razorback fans saw. A player who puts team first and who other players would love to have as a teammate. Just listen to Josh Giddey talk about playing with JWill. This young man grew up watching Al Horford videos. He excelled last night. I think he complements JRE and Chet. I’m not a Poku fan so I prefer JWill. Hope he has a future in the NBA.

He’s certainly looking well integrated out there. He’s moving and passing like the smaller guys. I think he’s got an inch on JRE in height, so maybe he, Mike, and JRE can hold down the center(ish) role until Chet arrives.
