What isn’t being talked about enough is that these players don’t deserve control of the franchise because they are employees just like the rest of us all go to work. We don’t tell the boss what to do and what we want the business to do.

If I was a Nets fan, I'd rather have a young and promising team with a future instead of a team with star players who either don't want to be there or are creating chaos, that is just a time ticking bomb waiting to explode.

The Nets made a good move. KD, Kyrie, and Harden won 1 playoff game in 3 years. Overpaid, underproduced. Now they have draft capital to start over. Coach is most important. Build a team, leave the egos at home.
Mavs won, suns won and the nets lost the battle. But they got a lot of picks in return, maybe they will win the war?
The western conference is just stacked.
Not to mention the fact that when players command the type of control and decision making that Kyrie and KD had, the fans should hold them accountable when they don’t deliver for their team. You can’t say you want to run the franchise one way, but you can do whatever you want to do in the end with zero commitment to the city.
