I called it a few months back. The Warriors are struggling without GPII and they need him back. From a managerial standpoint it’s a great move. Sign a guy for half a season without giving up anything then turn him for cap space and 5 seconds. We don’t get better on the court from it but we aren’t really in the picture anyway. More assets is more opportunity at a star player or a quicker path to a rebuild. I’m a beaver but this isn’t a bad move for the Blazers
