The bulls seems perfectly fine with being absolutely mediocre. I know some of u in think that it is better then what we have been for the last few years and ok with just making the playoffs even if we get bounced early. Me personally I enjoy watching a team compete for a championship. With this current roster we are no where near that.

I can somewhat defend the nothing given where the Bulls were any incremental moves were probably going to cost more in both the short and long term than they would pay off.
The Bulls have backed themselves in to a bit of a corner where their true options were nothing or firesale and we just saw the Nets get fleeced for pennies on the dollar for their firesale, so I’m fine with waiting until this Summer to try to get a better return.
The Lakers are a decent example of how incremental moves to try to be more competitive this season are going to end up costing way more in the future than what they will benefit this year.
