Bey buying into the Hawks System! What System? The Nate/Trae Iso System where plays are hardly ever called…..SMH
Where in tf will Saddiq Bey be in the rotation? He is a 6'7 Small Forward. The starter for the position is De'Andre Hunter with Justin Holiday, Jalen Johnson, and if not at the 2 (SG), AJ Griffin all backing up De'Andre Hunter.
At 6'7, Bey will undersized at the 4 (PF). Onyeka Okongwu, at 6'8, is already undersized at the 4 at in the NBA East, you can not play small ball.
The one constant with every NBA team that has recently won a NBA championship is they all have an owner willing to pay the luxury tax. We obviously fall in the category of rooting for a team that only wants to be good enough to turn a profit.
The Hawks 2nd unit should be Bogi, AJ, Bey, JJ and Wu. With the new additions, Holiday should not see the floor unless there is an injury. Now let's ride on these fools!!
I’m sorry but he will not be the 8 or 9th man. If he anything if he flows within the offense he could be the 6th man. You only rely on bogi for offense and he plays way better defense than bogi does. Idk if he shoots better than bogi but he can spread the floor.
