I think he is wrong about defense and athleticism. His wingspan is better than Sabonis and better than Maxi Klebers. Speaking of Maxi Kleber, I think he is someone Sengun can get to his level defensively as he is able to effectively defend 3-5 as well as rim protect. For athleticism, Hakeem said he was surprised how agile and flexible Sengun is. Kevin Durant said he was surprised at the hops Sengun has. Sengun is just 20 years old… expecting him to be amazing at both offense and defense is asking for too much.
