We got your back Ben. Quick, someone photoshop RJ and Windhorst hugging in a hot tub full of country gravy.

  2. ColonelSlasher

Donā€™t blame em if we do get talked about itā€™s gonna be negative stuff 95% of the time and how good Sengun has been the other 5%

  3. lilsebass

ESPN only talks about good teams unless you are in LA or NY. This isnā€™t new and Ben knows this.

  4. Ben Dubose is a giant whiny homer turd who bitches about media and refs way too much

  5. NeonPhyzics

    Richard Jefferson = šŸ¤”šŸ¤”šŸ¤”šŸ¤”

  6. iscott55

What do people want the media to say about the rockets? The team is bad, not getting better, and is looking forward to lottery night. Im with RJ on this

  7. NumerousCustard2622

I mean heā€™s right. Thereā€™s not a lot of great things to talk about this team besides Sengun and Jalen

  8. Not really offended by what Jefferson said, but Windhorstā€™s comment was dumb bc why would we try to get better at this point, weā€™re not making the playoffs lmao

  9. My man is trying to be a heel because as a player he was too bland to be memorable despite actually being good at playing basketball.

God Ben is annoying. Has a crack at every other team, journalists, player, referee and fan but as soon as someone bites back, he plays the victim and hides his tweeter account.

RJ still hasnt got over the fact that the Rockets traded him on draft night. He should worship the franchise, imo. We traded him and he got to the NBA Finals on his rookie year. We did him a huge favor.

  12. If the national media about them more, wouldn’t that hurt the local media dudes like Ben?

National media just doesn’t like Houston. Changing that only happens with non-cheating scandal winning.

  13. GoodellsMandMs

Heā€™s 100% right tho bad teams get talked about in the off-season

What do you want them to say ā€œBreaking news Rockets lost another game!ā€

  14. JaeSeanCarriesTheNBA

This is fair. Everyone loves it when Barkley doesn’t want to talk about the lakers bc they’re trash.

  15. forivadell_

i cannot be mad about this at all, heā€™s right

  16. sikingthegreat1

Good result or bad, 5 wins or 50 wins, we’re still an NBA team and NBA teams gets talked about on NBA draft deadline day is the most reasonable thing ever.

  17. isomorphZeta

Richard Jefferson has been salty about the Rockets since he became a media “personality”, presumably because the Rockets drafted and immediately traded him.

He’s not wrong here, but he doesn’t get that benefit of the doubt because he’s always a massive twat about the Rockets – even when they _are_ deserving of media attention.

  18. Kimochi01

RJ is not wrong. We as rockets fans think we need to be talked about 24/7. Just calm down our trades were minor. Let it go

  19. spacecitysneakers

We donā€™t fucks with Ben. Dudes cringy and annoying.

  20. Another drama queen. Got analysis with numbers Jefferson?

  21. Jefferson could compare rebuilds with past teams. There are tons of comparisons to be made with players, coachā€™s and owners. Of course you have be woke to know these things.

  22. I got blocked by this reporter after the Kings game for saying it was a foul lol.

  23. grownasskid26

Nobody should be tuning into nationally televised shows anyway. They are biased and only care about front runners. Their narratives shape the minds of the majority. Always been that way.

  24. dhighway61

Y’all need to chill about Ben, he’s a fan just like any of us. He’s a nice guy.

  25. LittleHollowGhost

Calling Brian Windhorst uninformed has got to be one of the most off-the mark takes I’ve seen this year. That guy’s called everything well in advance.

  26. legohotwing

Not the biggest Richardson fan, but I donā€™t disagree w him here

  27. Franco7x77

Jefferson has admitted on the air that he has a biased view against the Houston Rockets because we quickly traded him to the NJ Nets after selecting him 13th in the first round in 2001.

So yeah, he still holds a grudge.

  28. Has Ben went into hiding and locked his Twitter account yet?
