My mind was blown so hard by that run in the first Q. 100% MPJ 3s are legit worth more than other players 3s. We all feel it.
Missed live because I wanted to watch the Thunder beat the Lakers. Gotta say, MPJ hasn't returned, he has reinvented himself. He has learned how to use his skills in the Nuggets' system, AND now his shot is falling too, as before. We're getting more dangerous every day folks! LET'S GOOOOOO!!!!!
I think that Nuggets are playing a lot of times better without Murray because he is killing a tempo of Nuggets offense. Nuggets should play very fast, especially when opponent team is playing bad. This is how Golden State played for years. In +/- stat Murray is much worst that other starters.
I hope that Green and Reed as DJ stay out of rotation, and now you need to trade Bones ASAP.

Why doesn't Malone stagger Jokic with the bench?
Jokic can lead a g league team to the playoffs. Plus it gives the other starters a chance to actually develope, instead of relying on Jokic. Maybe someday-it only took 8 years for Malone to realize running in Denver makes sense.
Sadly we all know if Jamal is having a bad night the nuggets lose. Jamal won't defer to mpj, especially if Jamal is playing bad… Jamal turns to hero ball when he is playing his worst.

The best thing about Jokic is that before the season you come up with most ridiculous stats, like 25-12-10 on %70 TS, whilst being top-1 seed…the for the first 20 games dude us almost literarily sleep walking (don't forget that guys, before Jokemass, he doesn't even try) and by the all star break he reaches those unreachable…and you are always like well he's an all star, okay he won MVP, but NO WAY they give him two of those, okay they gave him 2, but it's officially over, there's no way he gets 3…I'm just wondering what is next…I mean if they win the chip, is he partying to hard and has a let down season next year (meaning shooting %65 TS with triple double), I mean he starts playing in December anyway so even if he parties hard, he should be fine right? But it might be physically impossible to improve those stats…
I just hate how Minnesota had 111 points at the end when the should have had 85…

Denver has BIG6 not big 3 or big 4. All 6 are gold, Jokic, Murray, MPJ, AJ, KCP and Brown. Also we have Braun who is trying to get into BIG7. Unreal!

I think I’ve figured out why the advanced stats like Jokic’s defense so much: free throws. When he is on the court, the Nuggets give up a -6.4 free throw rate, which is 98th percentile in the league. When you couple that with his active hands and positioning forcing turnovers, and his elite defensive rebounding, it makes up for any deficiencies he has in rim protection or guarding PnRs.
And I’m starting to believe that the stats are correct and our eyes are wrong. Jokic is a great defender, he just does it in a VERY unusual way.
My prediction: Nuggets finish with the 2nd best offense in the league and the 9th best defense. They have the best record in the NBA at 58-24. They make it through the WC by beating the Trail Blazers, Mavericks, and Warriors. They play the 76ers in the finals and beat the in 6.
The Malone's defence award is based on how much you deliver over the expected.
