I think if your team has a name and everyone knows who you're talking about then that probably means you won something. Mike's 91-93 Bulls were a dynasty and they had to overcome the Bad Boys, so even though they didn't win every year, they had Magic's run and Mike's run shook, therefore, a dynasty.
Went to back to back to back finals. Won two of them. Should have one the first but the phantom foul. Definitely a dynasty. Jordan had to bulk up to even have a chance. Then the bulls had to take pick up one of the bad boys to win the finals they did.
