cool cool cool cool cool cool cool

This man makes AD, Kawhi, and KD look like iron men.

for the good of his career the Pelicans will have to load manage him forever and have a minutes restriction on him. He’s simply too explosive for his own good and has had way too many leg injuries for his age

  3. Pasta_Ssempa_

Fuck man. Hope this doesn’t become the story of his career

  4. TatersTot

At this point hamstring injuries terrify me more than ACL tears.

Still wild to me how long it took Harden to rehab and recover

  5. Apollo611

Might be one of the greatest what-if players ever

  6. garyschronology

Pelicans might not need to swap picks with the Lakers after all.

  7. Zion is one of the most exciting guys to watch in the league man, this sucks

  8. Has a season went as downhill as quickly as this New Orleans team? They were flying before the turn of the year.

  9. LyonSeeker

… we’re never going to see him healthy for a full season + playoffs, are we? That fucking sucks.

  10. Oyster_Vous

Man’s living the dream – full time pay for part time hours.

For real though, sucks he can’t get right. Hopefully more recovery time will help long term!

  11. TheRealDevDev

i wonder if the pelicans have been forcing him to eat toradol.

  12. Pelicans taking the “remember they were first seed?” torch from the Bulls

  13. __john_cena__

Just sad, dude has been in the league 4 years and has barely played even a season’s worth of games.

Drafting him might end up more of a curse than a gift.

  14. G1Spectrum

LMAO this guy made of as much glass as AD

“Let’s news dump this on Super Sunday.” – David Griffin

  16. floatersforalgernon

We’re really approaching the territory of “The idea of Zion is better than Zion.”

  17. nonanonymo

I’ve been such a big Zion fan forever. Rooting for him to find a way to stay healthy, but I worry he’s just too explosive for his size.

  18. pelicans went from an injury prone star to another injury prone star tough

  19. senor_zanjeer

    Pelicans franchise cornerstones

    1. Chris Paul
    2. anthony davis
    3. Zion williamson

Cp3 is by far the most dependable player somehow. Took a pandemic and 4 month break for Davis to play healthy basketball

  20. plz_correct_my_eng

Do we have some problem in the medical department? Every fucking injure take ages to heal.

  21. Im sorry, but this is starting to give Greg Oden vibes….

  22. ImGonnaChubbBradley

We’re really gonna have to face the Pelicans round 1

  23. blobthetoasterstrood

Zion and BI already the new Kawhi and PG

  24. whatweshouldcallyou

Two things are certain about the NBA: Zion’s getting hurt in regular season, and Chris Paul is getting hurt in the playoffs.

  25. bthemonarch

Zion “just a few more weeks” Williamson

  26. CammyTheGreat

he will probably miss the last Mavs Pels game this year that means Zion (12 times) and Luka Doncic (once) will combine to miss 13 of 15 Mavs-Pels matchups in their 1st 4 overlapping NBA seasons.

  27. Objectitan

Wonder if Zion is going to be forced to change up his game or something. He can’t keep stacking up injuries like this.

  28. PartyPo1s0n

Pels were my favorite team in the west just bc zion is so exciting and an awesome personality. Such a shame

  29. Singnedupforthis

The Pelicans went from Anthony Davis to Anthony Davis.

  30. UsernameTakenIsGay

Does this pretty much sum up that Ja goes #1 in a re-draft?

  31. At a certain point, people are going to have to come to terms with the fact that his weight is a contributing factor to this, despite everyone avoiding the topic because it upset him. If he’s going to play with such an explosive burst, then he needs to drop weight. He’s 22 years old and can’t even get away with it for more than a few months at a clip, so this isn’t exactly the type of things that’s going to get better with age.

I’m not dogging him either. I just don’t want to miss out on what should be a legendary career because everyone refuses to acknowledge the obvious.

  32. sourdieselfuel

How much more until he’s officially a bust?

  33. CulturalCatfish

Anyone who didn’t expect Zion to be this injury prone is crazy lol
