Green could have gone to most any of the leading teams in the league but chose the Cavs for whatever reason. He must think they have a chance to win and believes he can help. I think he is a guy who will be a positive influence in the locker room but I am not really sure how much he will help on the court. He is coming in off an ACL and hasn't played much if at all. Not sure if he would be under any kind of injury management program but if he helps in a similar way to Rubio then it will clearly be a benefit. He seems to be a Cavs kind of guy with emphasis on team play and defense. That's really good. We will soon see.
He was beyond terrible with sixers before he got hurt, the best thing would be if he never plays and is a coach on bench.

I just can’t wait for him to mentor Okoro and our wings to be great 3 and D players just like what Rubio did to DG and Spida. I hope we get a veteran big that can also mentor JA and Mobley
Maybe on this team with DG and Rubio will get him easy open looks, which hopefully he can get his groove back and start knocking them down.
