  1. Is he talking to himself?? I can't hear any questions. This is 2023 how come Yahoo can't figure out how to Mic the interviewers… LOL

  2. I trust in what this man is doing. Most average people think success is always an upward trend. Success is sometimes doing nothing so you don't go downwards and have patience to wait for the next opportunity for upward movement. As long as he doesn't let players walk for nothing, I wouldn't doubt him. If he doesn't get good deals, what is he suppose to do? IF a car dealer offers you a car 10k above MSRP, you just pay like a sucker? Masai just gave us a hint, if coach doesn't fix it now, coach will be moved first before any player is blamed. I've been saying that last two years, somehow we keep blaming the roster. Blame NN for not playing bench and giving them chances to improve. Blame NN for being a win-first type of coach instead of growth-then-win. Success doesn't come overnight, especially in Toronto. Ask the Jays, Ask the Leafs. This man got this city a chip in less than 10 years of his tenure and yet people are impatient. Ridiculous.

  3. Yall are ALL idiots if you think this was a terrible move !
It may not be blockbuster… but its savy and smart.. with poetle back.. watch spicey P get into LESS foul trouble.. which means better production. Also KEEP ACHIUWA coming off THE FUKING BENCH with Boucher. We need OG back in the starting unit for his defense and ability to relieve all the pressure off FVV and P. Things will work better than all you haters may think. And pls give BANTON more run !

  4. Doesn’t make sense, honestly ask yourself if this team will ever make a deep run… ‘Needs time to evaluate’ what we gonna magically give pascal a bag and give freddie hgh to grow a few inches? Ridiculous man, the answer lies in scottie’s development, and there’s no way he will ever get that with fred AND pascal here… They have too much of a prideful vet mentality and will never EVER give up the reigns to a younger guy who is brought up in the organization, everyone in sports knows this dynamic, it’s far too common.

  5. "In the summer there is 29 losers and 1 winner so there's 29 team looking to do more". Enough said boss.

  6. The raptors missing Shooters.. but I think we'll be good with the big man in the paint to open the floors up for shooting.

  7. Masai and Webster are Dumb stupid for sure. They cant find at least some Quality Bench players from other teams or at least trade for future draft picks. He laughs like he's happy with his stupidity.

  8. Smart. In the summer there are 29 losers and one winner. Most of those 29 teams will look to make bigger shake-ups. The right deals didn't present themselves. I bet some teams were trying to get certain players at discounted value. I'm sure an OG or Fred could have really made a difference to the outcome of a team missing out on a chip.

  9. The Raptors will be 7th seed by the end the season at best because they are not better than the Heat. So. it means play-in at best. So the management happy with that? I thought play-in is not a priority and Masai said play-in for what? I am confused with the management not having a clear the direction of this team. Well, for the record the Raptors do not have good track record in the offseason. So, when the season ends and it is a fail season you sign all three free agent players they have for max contract? Are the Raptors rebuilding when it fails this offseason or give it another try with the same roster? What about when all 3 players walk out for nothing and even with sign and trade they will get nothing better or peanuts for nothing. Then, who do you think the management signing even they free up cap space? Nobody because nobody coming to Toronto and the track record and history proves that Toronto is a not a ideal destination for star players unless they get prone injury or end of tale career player or end of the bench type of player. Well, being located in Canada is a disadvantage unless all the players in their roster are not American born players. I know that Leonard was once in a life time type of player and the Raptors will never get a superstar. If Steve Nash back then who was a star never wanted to play in Toronto what makes the management feel confident that they can get a superstar? The reality is the Raptors never winning a championship again and very lucky that they won because Warriors was badly injured and undermanned that championship year. I mean that situation will never happen again. Also, did the management thought about when VV and Siakam gets older and their game regressed and if Barnes and Achiuwa do not meet their expectations or pan out and what know? The franchise will be doom because nobody in the bench to develop and the Raptors bench is one of the worst in the NBA plus they traded all their picks. Then, that will set the Raptors back another 10 to 15 years. Disaster season! No path to the future! Lol!

  10. It is ridiculous that a team owned by the two biggest communications companies in the country, can't afford a microphone or two for the press. 🤔

  11. I believe in masai, and I believe in this squad. Let's be real fans ppl and cheer this team on. Playoffs baby!!!!

  12. There are a lot games that we lost by the team falling apart in the final minutes. They are just off. This is almost the same roster as last yr yet look at us. Something isn’t clicking with these guys. And what’s the point to play hard just to be out 1st round? If we want to go further hard decisions need to be made

  13. All I see is simps and cucks in the comment section…. Believe and do anything you are told…. without question. Masai should be running for Government office. He would get you all to comply with whatever needle they make up next.

  14. Masai sounds off and down. Maybe disappointed. Deep down you have to know the Raps don’t have a chance this season. Would be lucky to make the playoffs.

  15. Should have tried to get Dwight Howard to opt out of his Taiwan contract. He's proving he can still log the minutes and light it up if given the playing time. Maybe next year.
