But also, not a lot of people had Winslow [edit: a key part of] the rotation for this year and the guy was a pretty key cog in Chaunceyâs system.

Schmitz had praise for Knox back in the ’19 draft, he’s probably just taking a flyer and buying low. $3m team option next year is a nice upside as well.
Considering the Blazers could have had Wiseman instead, this could be a pivotal win/fuckup in Schmitz/Cronin legacy, or it could be a big nothing if they both suck.
