Honestly we did GPII a solid getting him out of there. He clearly wanted out or else the trade wouldn’t have happened considering Portland is under the salary cap.
Happy for gp2 as a person getting out of that situation , that being said this might really bite us in the ass, if he can’t play for a couple months / he doesn’t live up to what he was last year (which is why we went out of our way to get him) . Plus dude is already in his 30s. Hoping for the best nonetheless

this trade’s pretty fishy… Depending on who made the call, why would the blazers willingly trade someone to the competition in the west let alone the warriors who always own them? Plus acquiring Thybulle, they must’ve known about Payton’s health to sabotage the dubs. To be honest, I wouldn’t be surprised.
