We can’t complain about effort, they did their best. Our lineup was with only 2 drafted players.

    We move

    LFG Heat

  2. MediocreDVaMain

Moral victories don’t count but considering how battered this team is and how the roster currently is (and how they quite literally played an all undrafted lineup) this wasn’t a bad showing vs arguably the best team in the west

I’m not gonna expect any game changers in the buyout market but if they can help fix this minutes distribution it would absolutely go a long way for everyone’s health. (Hoping the returning players like Yurt, Dipo and Duncs can add to that as well) Bam didn’t have his best defensive game and looking at his recent MPG, you can see why.

Jesus Christ get healthy I can’t stand seeing strus take 20 shots

  4. Zoguinha

Well, it was a good game but we could’t stop them until the 4th quarter. Insane FG%. Really annoying that we keep losing to the Nuggets…

  5. Ticonderoga2HB

I’m disappointed in Bam, he has the foot speed to cook Jokic on any location in the court. Started to pick up in the 4th but that’s too late. And Tyler hits that floater. Max was solid but not him. Jimmy stupid for missin the sitter 😭. And I love Jamaree Bouyea

  6. ItsKeithAskins

That’s former University of Miami Hurricanes great Bruce Brown rocking Canes shoes thank you very much

  7. colourofinfinity

I just can’t fathom Strus taking the most shots on the team. I get we had no Herro/Vic, but just makes no damn sense to me. Ugh

  8. HoldR2ForLongerLife

Max cost us this game. WTF was that shot. We have Bam, we have Jimmy, and dude decides to attack two defenders. What’s worse is I knew he’d do it, kept screaming for him not to ball hog, and he did.

Bam’s been working TOO hard to facilitate this past couple of games. Maybe he’s tired or whatever, but sometimes he just gotta go score on his own.

  9. BossKingGodd

Funny someone tried to shit on Herro after that first quarter. His absence was felt heavy

  10. surgeyou123

Whatever. We fought like usual. They were just better.

  11. TheBoook

Can’t believe the team embarrassed us in front of Mike McDaniel like that

  12. Moh_Shuvuu

Strus has too much of a greenlight for someone that’s just not that good.

  13. Own-Marsupial-4448

Tough loss!! Let’s get this one last game in Brooklyn and get some rest!!

  14. chitownbulls92

An offence where Strus takes 20 shots is actually freaking disgusting…

  15. Spo must love Strus, he gets way more leeway to do stupid shit than anyone

  16. Ozymandias12

It’s a real bummer that this org seems content with just being an ok team. If we weren’t giving G League guys serious minutes against the best team in the West, and our core had some really good complimentary players, this would be a very winnable game.

  17. WTFIsAMeta

More g-leaguers for the sub to fall in love with. Bouyea played very well with lots of hustle

  18. TheBuckDaddy

Finally shoot the 3 ball well

    Shit the bed from 2

  19. El_Cowboyz

We just can’t beat the Nuggets man.

    Lmaooo shit crazy lol

  20. It was good run, should’ve made more of those threes at the end, not a true loss since Herro was injured

  21. iCOULDbewr0ng

Looking at the boxscore and seeing the bench is wild 😂

    Highsmith, O. Robinson and Bouyea

*(Yes I know we are missing players but still)*

  22. Own-Marsupial-4448

Jokic really is about to 3 peat MVPs in the most quietest way possible right? I love his game but unless he makes the finals, he probably won’t get mainstream support smh.

  23. Number333

Played well. Denver shot unreal and Jokic was unstoppable. Can’t be too mad about the L.

  24. avinash240

Jokic generated 43+ points tonight on offense with no TOs; a little bit below his season average.

  25. Headsdown7up

I just pray that Duncan’s gonna be getting these Strus minutes

  26. TheRatchetTrombone

Fatigue is catching up with the team and it showed with the injuries and play tonight. I hope duncan is healthy, I wouldnt mind if he took 20 a night. Just fuck up Brooklyn and call it a week.

Don’t like yall blaming bam considering how much hes had to carry these games.

  27. LACIRCA2044

Nuggets fan here, is Strus’ ceiling starting caliber SG? I just don’t watch enough Heat games, he’s talented & shoots (cough) confidently but his efficiency is just rough.

  28. Shiny_metal_ass

Playing the best team in the league incredibly shorthanded. If we can get a player that can play rotation minutes in the buyout market we are fine.

  29. Huge-Basket7492

we were playing without a PG and our best playmaker.. we played really well for that . just not sure though when we getting a PG like d wade again

  30. josephside

Glad ppl on here are finally seeing Strus for what he is.

    Only took y’all 58 games.

  31. avinash240

I just realized Jamal Murry didn’t even play in this game. lolz..

  32. TheRatchetTrombone

I think the team is obviously fatigued and checked out to the break. Sometimes a rest can do wonders to fix things, especially with our injuries. I have a feeling the shooting will return as a result.

  33. Cockycent

I think Highsmith gets more minutes tonight if he made his open 3s. Need his defense and if his offense works, certain guys don’t get that much of a greenlight to chuck all night.

Strus embodies inconsistency. Whenever he gets the autonomy to shoot like that, shit go bad.

The Heat are 0-3 when Strus is allowed to attempt 20 or more shots this season. All 3 games lost by 4 or less points.

  34. vikingmayor

That struss shot near the end of the game where he runs into 2 players and gets blocked made me mad af. 😡

  35. wowthisguyoverhere

It’s okay, teams like the nuggets will never be good playoff teams.
