Danny Ainge stabbing his team in the back by dumping Conley, Vanderbilt, and Beasley for NOTHING. Guess this was just to save $$$$ as you trade away your only passer — Mike Conley — and your only guy committed to rebounding and defense in Vanderbilt (other than the rookie Kessler). Jazz still eking out some wins but giving away good players for nothing by your GM is the very definition of "tanking".
