I feel bad for our fans with high hope’s.
Bobby Webster sounds a bit delusional…but with the many highly questionable front office moves and non-moves he has made since the Raptors championship season it's to be expected.
Fred doesn't play winning basketball. You just be on his nuts. The team works ten times harder to cover his midget ass. Then he doesn't give them the ball. Mfker is holding the team hostage. Masai is a damn fool.
A real shame we have had a solid core for three years but Masai and Webster have dropped the ball. Aside from finally trading for a five, we have had no bench, limited shooting and an overplayed group of starter who are tired in the fourth and are ground down by seasons end and clearly struggle with injuries, in part given the minutes played. Weakest part if this team is management who have done nothing since 2019.

I’ve come to the conclusion that Fred isn’t as bad as this fan base make’s him out to be. The problem with Fred is he actually need’s to be coached and what I mean by that is you can’t allow him to do whatever he wants on offense or else he start’s doing too much and that’s the problem here. Fred is just given too much of a long leash and that leads to him over dribbling and taking any shot he wants. If Fred leave’s and goes to a team where a coach isn’t going to allow him to play so freely he’s going to be a big asset to that team and the narrative will be “we should have resigned Fred”. Remember Fred was a bench player on our championship team with a limited role.. He was the guy running the bench mob and that’s why Masai wanted jak back to see if they can recreate the bench mob now that these players have more experience. Our starters was Lowry, Danny Green, Kawhi, Pascal and Gasol. I was listening to Barnes speak in a interview after one of our games and he said Nurse lets us call our shots on offense and I said that’s the problem with Fred. If he goes to a team where a coach doesn’t let him play that many minutes and do whatever he wants then he’s going to be a big asset for that team and thats why the Clippers and Lakers want him. He’s not going to be playing 41 minutes on those teams.

To be fair. Fred is normally the one who has to take a shot with the shot clock about to expire. Those are insanely hard shots. So he should have been even better from 3. But ya. He’s taking too many shots. Scottie can’t be taking less than 10 shots. And we didn’t have Gary and og here!
One of Fred or Trent should have been moved. Not enough ball and money to go around unfortunately. This season is a bust so why not the youngsters get some time(free Dowtin) rather than a bottom seed and inevitable first round loss, if they can even do that. The management has not done their part. There has even been guys in the fold who could have helped our bench. Drew Eubanks, Gary Payton, Saben Lee, Ish Wainwright, just to name a few. Play the bench and we end up with the same results anyways, another L.

TBH I'm starting to think OG is sitting to increase our tanking chances like 20-21 season when we sat Lowry for the rest of the season after the trade deadline. OG clearly means more to winning than Fred. Freddie play style is agonizing to watch, man literally abusing the PnR for his own benefit….how does your boss come out and talk about "selfish basketball play" and you decide to double down on it.
Curious how does our defense look better when were still allowing 50% from the field and around 40% from 3 against tanking teams?

Like I've said last year the offense was more free-flowing & through Fred as he said in a jj Reddick interview. If we're struggling offensively this season I don't see why we don't just go back to last year's scheme

We beat the league's worst team by just 1 point. And that's with streaky Fred having a good game. Imagine him having an average or bad game…
