  1. If healthy is the number one excuse for any team to be a contender just admit certain teams are relied upon a couple players to win games instead of a team unit winning games no matter who is healthy

  2. The Nets n Lakers was better off with John Wall. The Lakers gotta sign 6’3 15 points n 6-8 assist plays defense

  3. Start Mo Bamba at center. AD at forward..AD gets injured to much/easy playing center. Pat Bev would be a great veteran presence for the Grizzles in the long run. Look how C J McCollum is mentoring and teaching his teammates how to move on and off the court.

  4. Who cares if they did enough? They got rid of Westbrook. I'm as happy as I was when I heard they traded Kwame . Good riddance you stat padding, sensitive bum !!!

  5. This Lakers team finally looking more complete than ever
Russ was part of the problem no doubt but it would be unfair to put all the blames on him
DLO is a better overall player than Westbrook at this point of their career.

  6. The should have let thomas briant play more minutes so that he would have felt better playing with the Lakers. If you want help, you should appreciate it. Thomas Briant was making a major difference in the team winnings. It's probably why they used him as a bargaining chip, but when you take away from what was working for your team for something that is experimental and with higher expectations on paper, just to find out too late to find out that it's not a good fit.
AD is too injury prone and you just don't know when he will be injured again.
Same thing with KD that getting all the hype in Phoenix, but what good is it if he's sitting down not able to play? Phoenix becomes an average team like it happened to the NETS.

  7. Lebron needs to be on a team with someone else as batman to win at this point in his career. That player is AD, but AD is always injured. If AD was always healthy the lakers would have never been that bad and would always be a threat to win it all. People say Westbrook was the issue but it's really AD. When AD was healthy and playing like AD the lakers were a threat this season. The problem is they can't really get rid of AD if they want to win now unless they could get like a Jokic or Embiid or something crazy like that which is 1000% never happening in any version of this universe.

  8. I think the moves they made were brilliant honestly. Short of getting Kyrie I don’t think they could have done better.

  9. I mean it’s a couple of nice pieces they added for sure, but being 6 games under .500 this late in the season it’s hard to see them becoming a real playoff threat.

  10. The wolves will finish top 6, they got better and no one is talking about it.
    Still a top 10 defense 👀

And I don’t think that’s enough to move the needle, defensively the new additions aren’t good.

  11. Lakers look solid but it’s too late in the season to turn it around. Not many games left and Lebron accomplished his goal this season. 😂

  12. The team did improve but for the life of me after the season Westbrook had last year there's no way in heck I start the year with him. Maybe it's just me. I think they made good trades overall but wayyy to late. IMO

  13. They are back where they were in 2020: if LeBron and AD play at an MVP level they are a title contender.

  14. The question is who do they pass for that spot. Clippers? Pelicans? Twolves ? Warriors? Jazz? Thunder? Idk they all expect players back or have easier schedules moving forward. They aren’t beating these teams h2h much either.

  15. The best thing to take away here is the Lakers future. Its a little brighter now. I believe they trade AD next season too

  16. Even seasoned analysts like JJ think adding Kyrie improves a team. Not based on past history since the cavs – sorry. The mavs are gonna play worse for foreseeable future.

  17. They’ll be better, but definitely not Conference Final better this year. Hard to figure it out with only like a third of the season remaining. AD will miss another stretch of games and LeBron will wear down some.

  18. Either the main roles players will get hot or not, they have the ability to but if they don’t then they will fail miserably.
