I agree with mad dog. My respect for kd was so high in 2021 when he went out fighting against the bucks. If he went out for another yr in Brooklyn I’d respect his legacy so much more and with the nets deep roster of defenders it’d make alot of sense

As an individual player, Curry is not better than some Hakeem, or KD either. He's a monster in offense and DEFENSE, and unstoppable in the paint that can shoot in the midrange better than the best shooting centers in this big man shooting league. Hakeem should be above Duncan too. But he's not. Why because of RINGS. How about you put they ass in an era with Jordan and those Bulls. The great realization is when a fan recognizes the difference between the ability to score a lot of points and athleticism versus the ability to carry a team – to a championship. Fans fall in love with scoring and athleticism but there are only a handful of the most greatest players to ever carry a team. El Durant has not proven that he can carry a team whereas Steph Curry has carried his team, for example. El Durant to Brooklyn was the opportunity for him to prove that he can carry a team; this was when it was only him and Kyrie – before all the other activity to get Harden etc… But the move to Phoenix is kind of evident that he might not be able to carry the load. El Durant is considered amongst the greatest but carrying a team is what separates the elite. BTW this is the difference between Jordan and LeBron ijs
