  1. Stephen A is pissed because a creep got fired. And Stephen A loves defending these type of guys (Floyd Mayweather, ocho cinco, Udoka, Watson, etc)

  2. Stephen A is scum on this topic. Complaining about the Celtics decision, when it is plain as day that he is only saying that because he is a racist. If Ime was a white coach, it would be irrelevant. Victim mentality is rampant in Stephen's head.

  3. Does Stephen A know the entire story as to what led to Udoka getting a one year suspension by the Celtics? I highly tend to doubt it. The Celtics had an outside law firm do a thorough investigation and the results of that investigation is what led to the one year suspension. I am sure that the results of the investigation proved that there was much more going on with Udoka than just him banging a fellow employee. Would Steven A had been this outraged if the Udoka had been white? The answer to that is an emphatic NO. Everything that comes out of Steven A's mouth has to do with race, plain and simple. As for Mazzula, I think the Celtics are in a wait and see mode as to how he does in the playoffs before he is the official full time coach. If the Celtics fail as they did last year in the NBA Finals or they do not make it out of the Eastern Conference, then I believe that the Celtics will look elsewhere for someone to coach them in the 23-24 season

  4. Love the young coach but also miss Udoka because he would be working harder on defense. I wish he was still there but you can't be f. Ing wives and keep your job 😂. The party is over

  5. It is not premature at all. Precisely what Boston intends to do is to back Mazzulla before the palyoffs as a sign of confidence. They wouldn't have to wait. Stephen A is wrong on that point.

  6. cant lie i kinda agree kinda dont because he did lead them to the number one seed best record in the nba etc with all that drama but the true capabilities of a coach is shown in the playoffs in a 7 game series so i understand where he coming from

  7. If you're reading this I pray that whatever is hurting you or whatever you're constantly stressing about gets better. May the dark thought the over thinking and doubt exit ur mind right now. May clarify replace confusion may peace ND calmness fill ur life Amen ❤💪🙋‍♀

  8. As usual, most of y'all are reacting to a small clip instead of watching the entire segment. Stephen A is 100% right in his entire take

  9. If the management feels like the fit is right and they feel like the move leads toward cohesion, then that supersedes any other dumb takes like this.

  10. Wait !!! what!??did he do??! last time? I check he has a affair that was mutual! Why are people acting like it was sexual-harassment!???

  11. If it was a WHITE coach who got a “premature” contract extension Stephen A. Smith would NOT be happy

  12. Joe Mazzulla is an excellent head coach and he will take the the Celtics to the NBA final. The guy is laser focused and incredibly intense. The answer he gave to the media regarding the Prince William and Kate Middleton attendance at a Celtics game was classic.

  13. Brad made the right decision, mazulla’s been on the staff since he himself was the coach. He obviously knows the type of dude he is and made the right call.

  14. Udoka had an affair with the VP of Finance's wife, embarrassing that man publicly, but SAS feels bad for Ime?

  15. Please show the extended version of this. Right when I hate SA Smith, He got me to like him again after this. PLEASE SHOW THE EXTENDED VERSION OF THIS. GOD BLESS EVERY ONE!!!

  16. Man Ime Udoka deserved what he got. It coach Mazzulla’s team now. I don’t feel bad for Udoka. Dude should be ashamed

  17. Stephen A said the hiring of Mazzulla is premature 😂 ok then name me one other team which basically gets to trial a coach until All Star before choosing to make them the permanent hire. It's the opposite of premature

  18. Udoka violated team rules, why does he have a problem. He cannot tell how team should behave

  19. how do you fire you black coach in the NBA without a reason? SAS the race baiter!!!! We know the big bad racist Celtics hired.

  20. Woj made this a public issue. Celtics kept everything so private even the players allegedly don’t know. ESPN made this a public issue not the Celtics

  21. Yo u serious pre mature ain’t Steven a the one that’s always advocating for blk coaches now when a blk coach gets his chance nd is leading the team well u wanna bring him down

  22. You can’t defend Udoka without knowing the full story. From what we’ve heard he deserved to be let go. Joe has earned the job

  23. Ime Udoka's mouth piece went public first to insure the term "consensual" was out there. The Celtics had no choice but to speak on it after the rumors got out. Stop trying to divert attention on to racism and off of Udoka"s very poor decision.

  24. Nba coaches are really overrated. You could put Frank Vogel as coach, and they would be just as good, and in discussion for coach of the year

  25. He said Brad stevens should be fired as a coach (at the time). Also said he should never have been given the job as director of basketball operations (at the time) He is also now questioning a coach that has shown how capable and deserving he is this season (Joe M). Weird though how he calls race into it when Eric Bieniemy doesn’t get a job… Your voice has no meaning without consistency and reliability. POOR

  26. Congratulations to the Boston Celtics for getting their first black coach ever.

    by some ESPN analyst, probably
