  1. I honeslty think that they should have waited on Joe only because of his resumee versus to Udokas. This is Joe's first year in the nba, let alone the playoffs. If we didn't have udoka last year, we wouldn't have gotten back to the finals. Yes, we have the team to possibly win it all, but Joe is gonna have to work on a few things and get ready for the playoffs like his players.

  2. The organization has made a decision, obviously they know what they’re doing and if they don’t we’ll find out. This team could’ve caved when they found out they didn’t have the coach they thought they would have. They did not and that’s kudos to them because they mature and they have a mission. I will add that they needed a coach to keep that momentum going, Joel has done a great job. Time will tell if he continues to do it but as far as where he is now he deserves the head coaches job

  3. Well good for Joe, he stepped into a potentially terrible situation,and played his hand above and beyond all expectations.
