See… this! I love the stats that come out of sports. I am an Aussie who jumped on the Thunder train because of the Giddey Kiddie. SGA is a great talent having a superstar year, but seeing a stat line like this puts it into the right perspective…. any sentence that he is a part of that starts with “only with MJ and Lebron” is amazing… ending it with “he stands alone” is just cold AF.

So he is the best player ever?

The 1 bpg is the most impressive to me out of this statline. putting up 30ppg on 50% has been done a few times before; impressive but not unheard of.
30ppg on 50% AND 1 block per game? something only all time greats have ever done. mj, lebron, george gervin, bob macadoo and shai. mindblowing

I guess Toronto needs to throw in another first then to bring him home

And no 3’s. At first that sounds like a weakness, but then you realize it’s an insane ability to score inside at 30ppg.

He IS great.
But that doesn’t change the fact I hate cherry picked stats. Why is there 1 BPG, but no rebounds? For “nice” 30/5/5/1/1 it should be 5 RPG, but… Shai doesn’t meet it.
A much better start in my opinion is that he is on pace to be the first in 2000s to have 30 PPG with <1 3PM.

Keep it up, Shai!
