Yak. Is a good piece, i remember what Embid did to Scotty, intentionally try to break his leg. Scott should have had a triple double in his first playoff game . We need someone to put the leather on him, use up 4to5 hard fouls on him Yak. Fits well. Furthermore Embid is not fit enough to run with us in a 7game series. If we are healthy I'm not afraid of anyone in the east.

Goran Dragic got the bye-bye from the NBA. When you fuck around on teams like he was doing I believe the general managers discuss this and they essentially blacklist you. Guys like Gorans bad attitude serves no purpose on any team so they just let them sadly finish their career out. It’s hilarious what happened to Him because it was all on him.

I think yak signs a 3+1 for $60mil-$68mil (15-17m/yr)…I really don’t think we should be going over 20+/yr with guys that need contracts this summer and next as well as we need to find some UFAs to fill out the bench better.

I don't think there's much behind Poeltl's pick of #19. I actually have #19 on a personalized Raptors jersey of mine. It's the lowest number that has never been used by a Toronto Raptor in the team's entire history. Poeltl is literally the first.

Is Masai starting to put more pressure on Nurse to play his bench more. The development of young players falls by the wayside when Nurse gives no minutes to them – it's a waste. I bet Masai finally told Nurse enough is enough. Play the younger players, it's who the Raptors are. I hope this is what happened.
1. There is no way Jakob is not sticking around. If he didn't, that would mean we traded a lightly protected first rounder for a year where our ceiling is most likely the first round at most. I just wish that we waited until the offaeason (yes I know, no bird rights). 2. For Ben Simmons, who is taking him at that salary? They would have to give us multiple firsts to even start the conversation.

So glad Masai finally stopped trying to cheap out with guys like Alex Len, Aron Baynes, Khem Birch or Koloko. Some super wishful thinking that any of them are ready to handle full time NBA starting center duties.

Ben Simmons is worth the experiment, it's just the current contract. The Nets or whatever team that tries to work with him have to find the root issue that has changed his game.
To me it’s reminding him of the things he was probably promised and the year he was shipped and the number is to remind him of the business side of basketball

I'd be interested in giving Simmons a chance off the bench, but Brooklyn needs to eat half his remaining salary and they get Flynn. That's the deal. Maybe Flynn finally turns into the player he only seems to be during the Summers, and maybe Simmons returns to his old form when out of Brooklyn. Under these conditions, I'd accept the gamble.
Simmons could be tanking his play to orchestrate a move out of the nets. Even without a jumper he was no where near this bad in Philly.
