K love is not a backup 5. He doesn't provide the defense needed in the second unit. But he would be an awesome replacement for Niang. He'd be Niang 2.0.
Kevin love also a good rebounder at his age still, spaces the floor, champion so I hope we can pull it off
If love is our back up 5 there will be a layup line similar to when Harrell comes in the game.

Yes, the Sixers should sign Kevin Love. He is just as good a rebounder as Joel and a better three point shooter. But, they won't do that because it would be Morey in charge of doing that!

Love is perfect and I have been wanting the Sixers to find a way to get him for a couple years now. Love's most underrated trait is just how good of an overall basketball player he is. Love can shoot and rebound great, sure, but he;'s also a really good passer who can read the floor well and in limited minutes is actually a good defender.
Love is an instant upgrade over anybody on our roster underneath. Niang for all his shooting only avg 2.5 rpg and that's atrocious. 2 RPG from your backup PF are unacceptable.
And like you said it would be fun to see Harden and Love together, Does anybody remember how good Harden made Ryan Anderson look?
I’d be cool with him. In playoffs vs great rebounder tbh I could even see a Love/Reed bench I’d like with Maxey/Shake/Mcdaniels/Love/Reed. Not like Niange a great defender so not losing much
Why do the 76ers think every pf is center? Get many pf can play small ball 5. How ball getting a pf with size on the court next to Embiid. Love could space the floor & help with the rebounding.

– Niang is a Combo forward (SF/PF)
– Love is a Combo Big (PF/C)
– Also Sixers have a better chance to win than Heat so Love wants to talk to Sixers to see what role is available for him on Sixers
– Sixers totally have to get Love
– Love could start at PF if need be &/or be a backup at PF & Center
– Trying to sign Love seems like a NO- BRAINER!

We are closer to a chip (or Eastern conference Finals) than Miami this season. It's up to Love if he wants the money or another chance to go further in the playoffs. His experience is invaluable.
