  1. Kevin get in the gym more and after games stand from beyond the arc at the three-point line just shooting non stop

  2. Huerter hasn’t been the same since KD gave him his flowers after his hot start to the season.

  3. Kevin and Davion should have been gone by trade deadline. But delusional Monte believes a miracle will happen and every player is going to break free of their slumps and contribute. Not going to happen! Kevin laid an egg tonight, and most all season. He looked terrible, and cannot make a 3 for the life of him. Good luck Sac getting rid of him!

  4. Huerter has not been shooting 3’s well for over 2 months. Its why the Kings have been struggling. He continued with his poor shooting tonight. Maybe this was a wake up call. Shooting out of s slump is not working.

  5. More excuses for Kevin huerter lol. Everytime he does something bad, which is a lot. So everyone in the 3pt contest can shoot well
Out of a rack except for huerter. Not buying it. It’s times we start being real about huerter.

  6. What i like is that Kevin is trying different things like attacking the basket. Keep shooting them shots of the DOH though!

  7. He needs to work more on his defensive footwork. There goes all the DHO theories. He passes up so many,he needs a dribble to the left before successfully launching. And he been shooting bricks for about 2 months. He’ll have nice scoring nights but due to his mid game.

  8. Lmao everyone been talking about huerter being a good 3 point shooter, as a kings fan he's about as good at shooting threes as Jimmer. Dude is not that good whatsoever.

  9. He’s a career 38% 3pt shooter, but he’s in a slump. I do think something is up with his shot since he’s shooting a career low for FT%. Maybe it’s legs with so much DHO instead of catch and shoot? I really don’t know. Regardless, I still like him better than Buddy. He scores in the midrange, he has more length, he can pass the ball, and he doesn’t make low IQ plays. Is it frustrating that he misses open 3’s? Yes. But he’s doing other things to contribute. You don’t quit on a person that early

  10. Matt looking Sharp. Appreciate your commentary as always. No one brings it as you. Informative, funny, obviously a fan which fan strongly relate to. Great job which is part of your DNA.

  11. Hopefully that 8-point humiliation not just on national but worldwide audience would make him work a lot harder. For him to think he is a great shooter is full of arrogance. He needs a crushing blow like that to his self-esteem so we can see how he responds, what he is really made of. A fighter who refuses to back down? Or, a weakling who fades in the background when the bright lights are on. It's good that he has confidence in joining the 3-point shooting contest. But, an underwhelming and hoping NOT "a night to forget" for him would transform him to be a "Steph Curry or Klay Thompson" for Kings' sake.

Somebody commented "legs". Yeah, his shot is flat. And, it really showed in the contest. It's been like that for awhile now and I read somewhere that he had been working on getting his legs under him. Probably not used to playing a lot of minutes, constant movement and trying to play defense along the way. Something to work on in the off season. For now, a lot of rest. Unfortunately, 4 members of the Kings core did not get enough rest for the stretch run.
