Reality is…the next Coach absolutely has to be someone who believes in and values the long-term potential of the current roster. Can’t be someone stuck in their ways who’s going to try to fit square pegs into round holes.

What’s up Slita I know you think Nate needs to be fired but it’s on the players to want to play defense and put some of this blame on the players too and you can’t trade players if they can’t get the compensation they’re looking to get.
Think mgmt is just waiting until the break to terminate McMillan? He's definitely gotta go. The right coach and staff will have that team hummin. But everyone should keep in mind the front office and mgmt are in disarray and dysfunctional. There is no real leadership. That trickles down to the team.
