  1. Malone appeared chemically altered. I mean that very seriously. I think he's gotten beyond his level. Leveling down. He spent his interview trashing the offensive improvement in the league which of course directly undermines Jokic's accomplishments and the Nuggets historical offense. He often speaks as if he doesn't understand the consequences of his own takes. Another indication of real chemical problems. I think what he meant to do in his usual incredibly stupid way was to encourage his team to play better defense.

  2. After listening to this I don't think the Nuggets have any chance to win a title with a coach overwhelmed by the moment. As he so often is. Jokic is the real coach on this team.

  3. There’s been a lot of rules implemented or emphasized that take advantages away from the offense too. They just emphasized calling carrying violations this season. They’ve been calling way more offensive fouls when shooters kick out, and haven’t called shooting fouls on the rip through move for probably the past decade. Not calling shooting fouls and often calling offensive fouls on the rip through/grabbing the defender while driving, like harden used to do. Calling offensive fouls when guys like Trae Young jump backwards into the defender. Calling offensive fouls when you get a defender in the air and then jump into them. Kobe scored thousands of points on that move, and it used to be called a smart play —— but now the offense gets punished for it. There’s obviously a lot of advantages given to the offense, but it just seems ignorant to not acknowledge advantages the league has also taken away from offenses 🤷‍♂️

  4. All this money you would think somebody would know what a drop mic is.
All I am saying is it would be really cool to actually hear the questions.

  5. Please coach bring it home this year… lead this team to the championship let’s get it done this year the time is now ! Let’s go Denver!

  6. To anyone who cares,

I appreciate getting to see each and every interview. I know the media people have a lot of more important shit to do on a daily basis than read this. I know there are challenges involved with making sure content is available and more importantly marketable. But please please please for the love of God make every interview accessible so that people can hear and enjoy what these coaches and players say. I don't understand how it is 2023 and we can't hear the interview questions. Do whatever it takes, hire some consultants, set up some drop mics, do whatever but please make this content be able to be understood. I have league pass, I subscribe to everything I can possibly subscribe to that is nba or nuggets related, and yet there is zero possible way for me to hear this, and most other interviews. I don't care if you have to purchase a ton of equipment and specialist labor please make this happen. We want to hear the questions.

    Sincerely,

    Nba Die-Hard and Nuggets Superfan

  7. Malone mentioned Nikola Jokić countless times at Media Day. With a reason, because it is only thanks to Jokić that he is where he is. He is not good as a coach, but he is lucky because he has Jokić in the team. Without Jokić, he would be where Detroit and Houston are.
