  1. So, this was recorded before the deadline, and they didn't make a deal. Tragically, Lauri would have been a great closer for them.

I think their best options to close are Osman if the defense is solid and they need spacing, Okoro if the guards are efficient, or Love if they need rebounding. I still think Love could contribute if he can work back into the rotation.

  2. I dont understand why they kept Dylan Windler they could of dumped his spot and 4mill contract with a 2nd pick to a team w cap space and got someone in the buyout besides D.Green

  3. As good as they are, it’s a developmental year for the team. Letting Donovan and garland get accustomed to each other, allow Mobley to grow another year, see what you have in okoro. I really believe they’ll make another big splash this year for an all star caliber 3 to put them over the hump, and truly go all in next year

  4. So, I think the ideal fifth starter would be someone who's 6 ft 9, plays terrific defense and shoots over 40% from The Arc. Oops I forgot they already have such a player in Dean Wade. He's their ONLY three-and-d guy. He gets absolutely no respect. I cannot figure this out. He's absolutely the perfect fit for the last 4-5 minutes of a game. I think he may be their most valuable Defender.

  5. effort, decision making, and consistency are this team's biggest weaknesses. there are times the cavs really don't turn up the defense until the 3rd/4th quarters. by then, against good teams, it can be too little too late (the philly game is an example). mobley takes too many threes for a guy who is not consistent from there. caris has been known to make bad decisions late in the game. entirely too many turnovers. you never know which cavs are going to show up….the guys who beat boston twice and also beat the bucks…or the guys who lost to the spurs, warriors, and heat.

  6. Okoro has been better but he’s a 6 th/7th man not a starter especially next to garland… Mitchell they need another leap from monkey and a Harrison Barnes at 3
